How long have you been in business?
Opened in July 2015, have been grooming for over 3 decades.
What is your primary product or service?
Dog grooming with a holistic spa experience. Natural products, essential oils developed for dogs are used to help with anxiety or stress.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My mom groomed. Learned at a very young age. Have also groomed in a corporate owned store, as well as being a salon manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer a spa experience for the dogs! I only groom ONE family at a time. Meaning that that family's dog(s) are the only ones in the salon. Rarely there may be an overlap from drop-offs and pick-ups, but one dog is here unless they have siblings. Much like going to your hair dresser - you would not want them to be working on 2 or more clients at the same time - so why should it be any different for dogs? They deserve to be treated as well if not better than us!

What are your hours of operation?
By appointment only within the hours of Tuesday - Friday 8 - 4. Usually all but one Saturday 8-4. Of course the hours are subject to change as needed.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I received National Accolades from several clients. But my most favorite thing is when the dogs love coming to see me. When the owners tell me that they just mention my name and the dog is happy and jumping with joy. That's the best.

Smile, you never know what the other person is dealing with. It could be the only smile they receive. :)
