How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2001, and with our combine expertise tenure is over 65 years of experience.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer top quality Business technology solutions, from Printers , Copiers and Computers to IP based Phony Systems, Surveillance systems and other connected technologies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a graduate in Electronic Engineering Technology, I was impressed with how the convergence of Physics and electronics came together to produce document technologies, everything else was kind of icing on the cake.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are locally owned and operated, we value our customer relationships and strive to take better care of our customer than others could or would. We were flooded out in 2008 and lost everything, we were up and running the next day and our customers did not lose any support whatsoever. We believe that Honesty and Integrity are the foundation of any relationship, there is a lot of parity in the products on the market today... anyone can sell you something, we would rather make less money on something if it means our customer had the best solution and therefore best return on their investment that will bring future business our way.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We consolidated our two locations in 2012 and serve everyone more efficiently in our current location.

We are centrally located on J Avenue NE, just a few blocks off of Interstate 380.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Credit cards and have custom funding options with open credit terms for those who qualify and leasing as well.
Which areas do you service?
We serve a 60 mile radius of the Cedar Rapids Metro area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Company is Owned by Mark Hixson, he brings over 35 years of experience to the business, He is very active in our community serving on several Board Of Directors, as well as being active in Church activities.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 and other hours as needed to server our customers.
