Registered Home located in NE Cedar Rapids, IA [near H Ave/I-380]. I am available 6:00 am - Midnight Mon-Sat for full or part-time child care. Enrolling infants through 10 years.
1st/2nd & evening shifts. Private Pay & Block Grant/Promise Jobs are accepted. Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certified.
We have many preschool activities and offer a large indoor play area, nutritious meals & snacks, and fenced outdoor play. Smoke free 24/7.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began offering daycare to a few children and realized that it was something that I enjoy doing. The days are unique and filled with many different activities. For my energy level and personality, it was an excellent fit. I enjoy _making_ them unique for each child as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been providing child care for 11 years and every day is a new day with new opportunities. The children and I have a "soft" routine that we follow, but each day is different. I offer a "child-led" routine in that the children's likes (or dislikes) may lead to changes in our schedule. No child is ever made to participate and they can choose to do something else.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash and check.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Saturday 5:30am - 11:45PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That the children I work with are happy and get along well.
